New Delhi: After Air India, Akasa Air has also announced that it will add fuel surcharge on the passengers. This comes amidst the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, which has increased the cost of fuel in the country. Akasa Air has said that it will start collecting fuel surcharge from March 15 and will also increase ticket prices, as a result of this.
This fuel surcharge will be applicable on both domestic and international travel, an Akasa airlines spokesperson confirmed.
