The cast included Amitabh Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor, Dimple Kapadia, Sonam, Shammi Kapoor, Dara Singh, Amrish Puri, Saeed Jaffrey, Ariadna Shengelaya, Tinnu Anand, and Giorgi Darchiashvili. Initially, Amjad Khan was cast as the lead villain, but Amrish Puri later replaced him.
