On October 26, the makers of Naam, the action thriller movie that initially began production in 2004, finally announced its release date. That’s right! Fans will finally be able to watch the film in theatres next month.
As per a press release statement, Naam will be released in theatres across the country on November 22, 2024. Directed by Anees Bamzee, the film will mark the actor-director duo’s fourth collaboration. For context, Naam‘s 2004 release was pushed indefinitely due to the demise of one of the producers of the movie. Naam was filmed in 2004, about 20 years ago. Various rumours at the time were suggesting that this movie would be released in theatres in 2013, however, that never happened.

Starring Ajay Devgn, Bhumika Chawla, and Sameera Reddy, Naam will be released under the banner of Roongta Entertainment and Snigdhaa Movies Pvt Ltd. While the plot of the movie is yet to be disclosed, the film will dive into themes of drama and identity. After its initial delay, the film was slated for a 2022 release but faced difficulties, leading to yet another postponement.
