Ajay Devgn is returning as Vijay Salgaonkar in the final chapter of Drishyam. An official announcement of Drishyam 3 was made last year. Since then, ardent fans of this franchise have been waiting for the new installment. On August 24, the makers dropped a fresh poster of Ajay as Vijay. An interesting fact about the glimpse is that the movie has got a new title. The crime thriller is now called Drishyam The Conclusion. Written and directed by Abhishek Pathak, the project will hit the silver screen on October 2, 2026.

Star Studio 18 shared a new poster of Ajay’s on Instagram. The caption to the post read, “Har insaan ka nazariya alag hota hai… mere liye meri family hi sab kuch hai. DrishyamTheConclusion in cinemas 2nd October.” Take a look:

For those unaware, the Abhishek Pathak directorial franchise will conclude with its third installment. On the other hand, Mohanlal’s Malayalam crime thriller, Drishyam, has been renewed for fourth part. This development comes after the success of Drishyam 3, which was theatrically on May 21 this year.
Producer Antony Perumbavoor made an officical announcement about at the Mazhavil Manorama Awards. He described the announcement as something he was making from his heart, adding that another installment is on its way.
Is Tabu Returning To Drishyam 3?
Earlier, in an exclusive interview with Zoom, director Abhishek Pathak had teased Tabu’s return to Drishyam 3. The filmmaker said that though audience thinks Meera’s track ended with Sam’s ashes being immersed, there’s more to be explored. “That’s what everyone thinks (that Meera’s track has concluded). The moment you think Drishyam is getting over, you have just not looked closely. There is a lot to tell now,” he said.

On the work front, Ajay’s upcoming film is Drishyam The Conclusion. Post that, the actor has a couple of interesting movies lined up. He will be seen in an action entertaineder called Chauhaan. The film’s title announcement was made on late Veeru Devgan’s birth anniversary. It will arrive in cinemas on October 1, 2027.
Apart from this, he has Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal 5 lined up. The comic caper also features Arshad Warsi, Sharman Joshi, Kunal Kemmu, Shreyas Talpade and Tusshar Kapoor.
