Ajay Devgn turned his own dancing reputation into a joke during an appearance on Bigg Boss 20, taking a playful dig at himself and host Salman Khan while promoting his upcoming film Drishyam 3.
Ajay, along with actor Jaideep Ahlawat, will join Salman Khan on Sunday’s ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode. In a promo released by the makers, Ajay is seen interacting with the contestants and reacting to Qazi Touqeer’s popular ‘Rockstar’ hook step.
After asking Qazi to perform the step, Ajay jokingly compared it with the dance moves associated with him and Salman.
“Salman and I do very difficult steps. This one is very easy. Hence, I would like Jaideep Ahlawat to do it,” Ajay said sarcastically.
Jaideep initially refused to perform the hook step but eventually gave in and recreated it, leaving Salman laughing and enjoying the light-hearted exchange.
The promo drew reactions from viewers on Instagram, with fans cheering Qazi’s performance and referring to him as a “Rockstar”.
Meanwhile, Saturday’s episode saw Salman Khan pull up contestant Rhiti Tiwari over her language during a ‘diss’ task involving Qazi Touqeer and Uditi Singh.
Calling Rhiti’s performance “the worst diss ever”, Salman told her that contestants needed to maintain limits and show respect. He also questioned housemates who supported or laughed during the exchange, including Scout OP, Love Gill, Aamrapali Dubey, Aasif Khan and Young DSA.
“And everyone was laughing. Where is your sense? You were making fun of her, and she was making fun of you. Was it not your duty to stop it right there? If this diss would have been on your sister, would you have let this diss happen?” Salman said.
Ajay and Jaideep are appearing on the reality show as part of promotions for Drishyam 3.
