Director Priyadarshan’s film Aakrosh was made with a budget of Rs 38 crores. However, it earned only Rs 19.4 crore. Ajay Devgan, Akshay Khanna, Bipasha Basu, Paresh Rawal, Reema Sen, Pankaj Tripathi are in lead roles in the film. However, Bipasha-Reema’s role in the film was very less. Bipasha plays the role of Ajay’s ex-lover and Paresh’s wife.
