The doctors of Delhi AIIMS have saved the lives of a child of two and a half months. This child had a conjunctival pulmonary airway malformation disease. This was from birth to him and because of this a part of the child’s langs was increasing unusually. Because of this, the child’s lungs started having an impact. The life of a child weighing only 2.5 kg was danger and he was on the ventilator. When the parents of the child reached him with Delhi AIIMS, there was a challenge in front of the doctors. It was extremely risky to operate on a child of such young age and low weight. In such a situation, the doctors saved the life of that child by surgery.

For the treatment of this child, we decided to have a thorakopic ke-hal surgery. In this, the child’s surgery was done by putting a small incision of just one centimeter. During this time, the oxygen level of the child was starting to decrease, but the anesthetist Dr. Rakesh Kumar took over the situation with his understanding.
