The buzz surrounding ‘Agadha’ continues to grow as the film locks its worldwide release plan for August 14, with positive trade response translating into a strong distribution network across major territories.

Ever since the trailer was unveiled, ‘Agadha’ has emerged as a hot property in the trade, attracting multiple distribution offers. Despite the interest, director M. S. Raju has decided to release the film through Geetha Arts and Annapurna Studios, a move that reflects the team’s unwavering confidence in the film’s theatrical appeal.

The release blueprint has now been finalized, ensuring a grand global rollout during the Independence Day holiday weekend.

A significant boost comes from the USA, where Moksha Movies will distribute the film. What began as a planned release on 14 screens reportedly grew to 140 screens after the distributor watched the completed film—an encouraging sign of the confidence the film has inspired overseas.

In the Telugu states, ‘Agadha’ will be released through the exhibition network of Geetha Arts and Annapurna Studios. V.K. Films, the distribution arm associated with Hombale Films, will release the film in Karnataka, while renowned distribution house ‘S’ Pictures will oversee the Tamil Nadu release.

Positioned as a mystical supernatural thriller with a powerful divine backdrop, ‘Agadha’ has impressed viewers with its intriguing reverse-chronological screenplay, striking visual effects and atmospheric background score, making it one of the season’s most anticipated releases.

Featuring Kamakshi Bhaskarla (Polimera) and Shravan Reddy (Dirty Hari) in the lead roles, ‘Agadha’ is written and directed by M. S. Raju. The film is produced by Kasi Visalakshi Balusu under the Sri Adi Varaha Productions banner and presented by Ajay KR.

With a strong distribution network in place, rising trade confidence and an aggressive promotional campaign, ‘Agadha’ is poised for a grand worldwide theatrical release on August 14, aiming to deliver a unique cinematic experience to audiences across the globe.
