“What will I do by staying here now, everything is over”
Maulvi Ibrahim said, “When I have nothing left here, what will I do by staying here?” He told that the children who came to him to study the Quran were his everything, but perhaps they did not get the values from home. He said, “If there are no values along with education in the home, then children go astray. This accident is the result of that.” He appealed to the society that every parent should give not only education to their children but also proper upbringing and discipline. “The home environment shapes the character of children, when training and supervision ends, children take to the path of crime,” Maulvi said.

The dreadful incident happened three days ago
It is noteworthy that Maulvi Ibrahim’s wife Israna (30), daughters Sophia (5) and Sumaiya (2) were murdered three days ago in the Big Mosque of Gangnauli. Police investigation revealed that this incident was committed by two minor students (14 and 16 years) studying with Maulvi. Both of them were angry with the scolding and punishment of the Maulvi and hatched this conspiracy. After the incident, he changed his clothes, went to play Kabaddi and also made a video to save himself. The police cracked the case in just six hours and arrested both the teenagers and recovered the hammer and knife used in the murder from their possession.
Maulvi expressed gratitude to the administration
While leaving the village, Maulvi Ibrahim said that he was grateful to the Baghpat Police and the Yogi government that they revealed the truth without any pressure or recommendation. “I got justice because of the speed with which the police acted,” he said. When the Maulvi left the village after loading his belongings in the tent, the villagers and women present there became emotional. Many people started crying themselves after seeing the tears flowing from his eyes.
