Prime Minister Narendra Modi is one of the popular leaders not only in India but also in the world. The image of Modi, who has become PM for the third consecutive time, is outspoken and fearless. But the question arises that who will be the next Prime Minister of the country after Modi?
Who is there in BJP who can replace PM Modi? Who will occupy the post of Prime Minister after the Lok Sabha elections of 2029? Recently, a survey conducted by UPUK asked this question directly to the public and its results came out shocking.
To answer this question, UPUK surveyed the public and gave three options:
- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath
- Home Minister Amit Shah
- Union Minister Nitin Gadkari
CM Yogi came first
In the survey, most people consider CM Yogi Adityanath as the suitable PM after Modi. 84 percent people considered him the best option. Yogi, known for his strict administrative style and symbol of Hindutva, is being considered by the public as the successor of Modi.
Amit Shah got second place
Home Minister Amit Shah was considered the best PM after Modi by 12 percent people. Shah, considered the right hand man of Prime Minister Modi, has a strong hold on the party and his working style gives confidence to the public.
Nitin Gadkari at third place
Only 4 percent people considered Union Minister Nitin Gadkari suitable for the post of PM after Modi. Their clean image and impressive working style make them stand out, but they lag behind the top two names in this list.
Public still trusts Modi
Interestingly, 52 percent people in the survey feel that PM Modi should become the PM again.
