Senior Valik Vaibhav Gaggar, appearing for Rani Kapoor, said that her mother has not been informed about the properties sold by Sona Commentar. Rani Kapoor’s lawyer further said, ‘There is something wrong with it. The queen should have been assets worth Rs 10,000 crore. The lawyer alleged that Rani sent 15 emails regarding the will, but even then she was not told anything. The Bar and Bench quoted the lawyer as saying, ‘It is also important that the assets of Sona Commentar have also been sold. We do not know who sold them. 500 crore shares were sold to an organization in Singapore. Its papers have not been shared with anyone.
Karisma Kapoor’s children accused Priya
After hearing the case, the Delhi High Court has asked the concerned parties to announce all his properties in the court by June 12. This comment of the court came during a hearing on a petition filed by Karishma Kapoor’s children Adhara Kapoor and Kian Raj Kapoor’s second wife Priya Sachdeva. In the trial filed by both siblings, Priya was accused of forgery and writing concocted things.
