During the special intensive revision ie SIR in Bihar, the names of more than 65 lakh voters have been cut from the list. The Commission claims that the removed names are those which are not in this world or have migrated somewhere else. Some voters had two places, so their names have been cut. Whereas the opposition claims that the Commission is removing the name of the voter at the behest of the ruling party. This is happening at the behest of BJP and its allies.
