Actress Chahatt Khanna has always been admired for her candid, relatable take on life, especially when it comes to women’s health and lifestyle. This time, she’s shedding light on a topic that resonates with many women — dealing with stretch marks during and after pregnancy. The television star opened up about her personal journey through two pregnancies, revealing how she managed to keep her skin healthy, supple, and completely free of stretch marks.
“Pregnancy is a miracle,” Chahatt shares, “but it brings a whirlwind of changes, especially to your body. It comes with a rollercoaster of changes, especially to your body. One of the most common concerns among women is stretch marks. I was no exception. I feared them. I anticipated them. But I didn’t get a single one.”
Chahatt began her skincare routine from the very first trimester. She committed to applying bio oil or a trusted anti-stretch mark oil twice daily, focusing on key areas like the belly, breasts, hips, thighs, and lower back. “I spent just a few minutes massaging the oil in,” she said, “which not only helped absorption but also boosted blood circulation.”
On days her skin felt extra dry, she layered a light moisturizer or body butter on top of the oil. It wasn’t a complex routine — just consistency, she emphasized.
But her approach wasn’t just skin-deep. She stresses the importance of inner health. Hydration was a big part of her regimen, along with a diet rich in healthy fats, protein, and doctor-approved supplements like Vitamin E to boost skin elasticity and collagen production.
