Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai visited Kurushnar Balak Ashram of Abujhmad and interacted with the students and approved the construction of additional room. He inspected the fair price shop and took information about the ration distribution system.

Raipur. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai reached the Balak Ashram located in village Kurushnar of Abujhmad area on Friday. He met the students living in the ashram and took stock of the arrangements there. On the demand of the students, the Chief Minister approved the construction of additional rooms and gave necessary directions to the officials.

Inspection of Ashram facilities, approval for additional room

While inspecting the Ashram premises, the Chief Minister took information about education, housing and other basic facilities. Considering the number of students, he approved the construction of a new room here, so that the children can get a better environment for studies.

Communication with students: Message to move ahead through studies and hard work

Chief Minister Shri Sai had a cordial conversation with the children living in the ashram. He told the students to study diligently and bring glory to their parents as well as the state and the country.

Chief Minister praised after hearing his dream of becoming a teacher

During the conversation, the Chief Minister asked Ramji, a student living in the ashram, what he wanted to become in the future. Ramji told that he wants to become a teacher. On this the Chief Minister praised him and inspired him to study hard.

Chief Minister was happy to see the talent of the students

Meanwhile, student Soap Singh recited Pahara to the Chief Minister. Aditya, who was studying in class 2, asked the Chief Minister how he liked going to school. Smiling, the Chief Minister said that he loved going to school and advised children to devote full time to studies during their childhood.

Emphasis on interest in sports and science along with studies

The Chief Minister took information from the children about the availability of textbooks. He said that along with studies, children should also participate in sports and other activities. On this occasion, school children presented models of space missions. The Chief Minister praised all the students who made models and inspired them to keep striving to become scientists.

Inspection of fair price shop, information about ration distribution taken

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai inspected the government fair price shop of village Kurushnar. The ration card holders present here told that they are getting ration on time and regularly.

Intimate conversation with ration card holders

During the inspection, the Chief Minister interacted with Mehro, Dashari, Tilo and Sunita of Dutakhar, Rajni Bai and Anita of Gumiyabeda, and Veenabai of village Kandadi. Everyone told that they get rice every month and its quality is good.

Checking stock, cleaning and record keeping

The Chief Minister took information about ration stock, storage system, cleanliness, stock register and maintenance in the fair price shop. 12 nearby villages – Alwar, Kandadi, Kurushnar, Kodoli (Viran), Gumiyabeda, Jivalpadar, Arasgarh, Dutakhar, Kankal, Jampara, Kavadwar and Nadipara are connected to this shop. Here, ration is being provided to a total of 408 ration card holders. On this occasion, Revenue Minister Shri Tankram Verma, Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap and many public representatives were present.
