The ‘Samarth Uttar Pradesh- Developed Uttar Pradesh @2047’ of the Uttar Pradesh government has received tremendous public support. More than 6 lakh people shared suggestions on education, health, agriculture, industry, IT and empowerment of women.
Lucknow. The “Samarth Uttar Pradesh – Developed Uttar Pradesh @2047” of the Uttar Pradesh government is getting tremendous support from the public. About 6 lakh people shared their suggestions till Wednesday 24 September. Of these, 4.70 lakh suggestions have been received from rural areas and 1.30 lakhs from urban areas.
The highest participation of youth in suggestions
People of all age groups participated in this campaign, but the most suggestions were received from people in the age group of 31–60 years.
- 3.20 lakh suggestions- from the age group of 31 to 60 years
- 2.40 lakh suggestions- from the age group below 31 years
- 40 thousand suggestions- from the age group of more than 60 years
It is clear that the youth and middle age groups of the state are contributing extensively to future roadmaps.
Feedback is being received from every district
Nodal officers and enlightened people are active in all 75 districts under the campaign. They are interacting with students, teachers, businessmen, entrepreneurs, farmers, voluntary organizations, labor organizations, media and general public. People are being informed about the development journey of the last 8 years and their views are being taken on the roadmap for the coming time.
Maharajganj, Kanpur Dehat and Sambhal lead
In view of public participation, a large -scale feedback has come from many districts.
- Maharajganj- about 62,000 suggestions (first place)
- Kanpur countryside- about 30,000 suggestions (second place)
- Sambhal- over 22,000 suggestions (third place)
Apart from this, more than 4 lakh feedbacks have also been received from other districts including Prayagraj, Firozabad, Kanpur Nagar, Gorakhpur, Saharanpur, Shamli, Etah, Meerut, Farrukhabad and Mainpuri.
Which areas received more suggestions
The topics on which people have given the most feedback in the campaign include:
- education field
- Urban and rural development
- health services
- social welfare
- agricultural sector
- IT and Technology (14,700 suggestions)
- Industry (15,182 suggestions)
- Security and law and order
Technology based roadmap from Ballia
Ashutosh Patel of Ballia said that these areas will have to pay attention to Uttar Pradesh to make technology -powered states by 2045:
- 5G/6G and smart connectivity to every village
- Smart Education and E-learning
- AI, AR/VR and robotics based skill development
- Telemedicine and Digital Health Services
- Drone and AI based farming technology
- Smart city based on IOT and renewable energy
- Startup Ecosystem, Innovation Hub and Green Tech
- Cyber security and strong e-governance
- Industry 4.0 means automation and AI based manufacturing
Mau suggested to empower women
Savita of Mau suggested that BC Sakhi appointed in every gram panchayat should be linked to the milk dairy industry. They should be given milk processing machines for free so that their income can increase. Along with this, work related to Aadhaar card should also be given and e-Sakhi/Electricity Sakhi should be entrusted with the responsibility of recharging prepaid meters. This will make women more capable.
Special suggestions on fisheries industry from Lucknow
Hiralal Bhagore of Lucknow insisted on promoting the fisheries industry. According to him:
- The villages where fisheries activities take place should be developed as model Fisheri Village.
- Separate water quality test laboratories should be built in the state for fisheries purposes.
- Shrimp processing plants should be set up so that export and price enrichment can increase.
- Fishermen and fishermen should be trained on the best management methods.
