Abhishek Bachchan’s plea to Delhi High Court

As per Bar and Bench report, Justice Tejas Karia will hear Abhishek’s plea later today (September 10). He has suggested that he could pass an order, directing Google to remove links featuring content that violate Abhishek’s personality and related rights. This is likely to be done if the court is given a list of specific URLs.

Speaking more about the matter, Justice Karia mentioned, “We can ask Google to take down. You have to give URL specific to each other. If you can identify the platform, it can be easily done. YouTube, Amazon, Flipkart is mentioned in the petition. This order cannot be granted. It has to be divided defendant wise. We cannot pass an order this way.”

On the other hand, Abhishek’s advocate Pravin Anand mentioned that the required information would be provided later in the day. “Please pass over, we will divide as per defendant,” Anand said. Following this, the matter was passed over by the court. The matter will be heard again in the court by 2:30 pm.
