According to Pt. Praveen Dwivedi, Jyotishacharya of Ujjain, Bhadra’s coincidence on Raksha Bandhan will not be there this time because Bhadra will end at 01:00 pm on August 8, Friday night. On August 9, Bhadra will not have any effect, due to which Rakshabandhan festival can be celebrated throughout the day.
