The matter is of Mughalpura area of Moradabad, where a 13-year-old girl studying in class 8 was returning home from school. Then a middle-aged man, whose name is said to be Ibrahim, came on a bicycle and, taking advantage of the deserted street, started doing obscene acts with the girl. It is alleged that he tried to hold the girl against the wall.

The entire incident was recorded in the CCTV camera installed nearby. It is clearly visible in the footage that the girl is coming straight and from the other side Ibrahim reaches with a bicycle. Seeing the street empty, he suddenly pounces on the girl. The girl tries to free herself from his clutches and is also seen trying to hit him by pushing him. This video is now becoming increasingly viral on social media.
There is huge anger in the area after the video surfaced. People have demanded immediate arrest of Ibrahim and strictest action should be taken. At present the accused is said to be absconding and police teams are raiding in search of him.
Police registered a case, what did SP City say?
SP City Kumar Ranvijay Singh said that considering the seriousness of the incident, a case has been registered against the accused Ibrahim under strict sections. Different teams have been deployed to arrest him and he will be caught soon.
