US stripper says soldiers casually sharing Middle East deployment details, TikTok video goes viral

San Diego: A stripper and exotic dancer based in San Diego has claimed in a now-viral TikTok video that young US troops are casually sharing details about upcoming deployments to the Middle East.

In the emotional clip, viewed millions of times, Charm Daze described a surge of soldiers visiting her strip club near major military bases. She said, “Something I’ve noticed lately is all the military guys are coming in, and they’re spending all of their money. They’re kind of depressed.”

She added that several troops told her, “We deploy next week.” Reflecting on the encounters, she said, “To see these young guys and then being like, ‘bye,’ it’s actually making me emotional.”

She described some of the soldiers as looking very young, calling them “baby-faced” and even referring to them as “foetuses.”

San Diego, home to key installations such as Naval Base San Diego, Naval Base Coronado, and Camp Pendleton, has intensified speculation about a potential escalation in the Iran war.

The video comes as US President Donald Trump ramps up pressure on Tehran, with additional troops, including Marine Expeditionary Units and elements of the 82nd Airborne, reportedly repositioned to the region.

Security concerns flagged

Daze did not reveal specific units or targets, but her claims have raised concerns about operational security. Veterans and analysts warned that casual conversations in public spaces could expose sensitive information.

Marine officer and influencer Kagan Dunlap issued a warning on X, writing, “PSA: Don’t tell your adult entertainer you’re deploying. You’ve got to remind your folks: Don’t talk to your barber about when you’re deploying. Don’t talk to your adult entertainer about deploying or when you’re leaving, or what you’re doing or dates and times and locations. Because they don’t know any better, they’re going to post a TikTok video about it.”
