Padmasana is one of the easiest and effective yoga asanas to increase focus. In this you have to sit comfortably with your legs crossed. Then slowly take a deep breath. This calms the mind and reduces unnecessary thoughts, making it easier to concentrate.
To increase focus, you can also do Bhramari Pranayama Yogasana. while breathing in and out "Bhin-Bhin" Make sounds like. It instantly relaxes the mind and reduces stress, making it easier to concentrate. 
To do Balasana, you have to come to a relaxed position by bending the body forward. This pose relaxes the mind and removes fatigue, allowing you to focus again. In this, one has to look at one thing (like the flame of a lamp) without blinking. This is the most effective yoga asana to increase focus. This strengthens both eyes and brain and increases the ability to concentrate. 

You can also increase your focus by doing Tadasana. Stretching the body while standing straight is Tadasana. It seems simple, but it stabilizes both the body and mind and you are able to think more clearly.
