Here a husband has sought help from the police, accusing his wife of sexual and mental harassment. This is one of those rare cases in which a man has claimed to be a victim of domestic violence. The complainant has accused his wife of making strange demands and continuously harassing him, after which the police intervened in the matter.

This incident took place in Amritahalli police station area of Bengaluru. According to the complaint, the husband told that their marriage started normally, but with time the wife’s behavior started changing.
“When we got married, everything was fine, but as days passed, his behavior started changing,” she said.
Allegations of strange demands
The husband alleges that his wife started forcing him to indulge in uncomfortable and wrong activities. When he refused, his wife harassed him mentally and physically. He also alleged that his wife used to send obscene content to intimidate him, due to which he became very upset.
Troubled by old relationships
According to the complaint, the wife often talked about her past relationships, which caused emotional distress to the husband. The husband alleges that these things had disturbed his mental peace. The complaint also mentions frequent fights over lifestyle issues like going out late at night and drinking alcohol regularly.
Controversy regarding jewelery also
The husband has also accused his wife of refusing to return the gold jewelery worth lakhs of rupees given to her at the beginning of the marriage. It is being told that a family panchayat was also called to resolve this issue, but no solution could be found.
Police started investigation
When the husband could no longer tolerate the situation, he lodged a formal complaint at the Amritahalli police station. He has also handed over alleged chats and other evidence to the police in support of his claims. Police have registered the case and started investigation.
