He revealed that he had contracted a parasitic infection called Cyclospora cayetanensis, which worsened his condition. While sharing a photo from the hospital bed on social media, Saba said that the last 14 days were the most difficult days of her life. During this period, he lost 4 kg of weight and his weakness increased so much that even walking became difficult. He has also advised people to be cautious about cleanliness in eating and drinking.

Saba Azad wrote, “Worst 14 days of my life. Cyclospora cayetanensis you are very dangerous!! A person who only eats home food and keeps his own water bottle with him suddenly got this stomach infection.” She further added, “I lost 4 kilos in two weeks, and I can’t even walk properly.”
From fitness to bed…Saba Azad’s condition suddenly worsened.
Describing her condition, Saba said, “One day I was training twice a day, doing pull-ups and lifting heavy weights, and the next day I was half dead, so weak that I couldn’t even pick up a toothpick.” He warned people, “Please wash your salads and vegetables as if your life depends on it, because sometimes it really does.”
