Swimming competition at Khelo India Tribal Games 2026 concludes in Raipur. Karnataka became champion in men’s category and Odisha in women’s category. Anushka Bhagat of Chhattisgarh brought glory to the state by winning fourth consecutive silver medal.

Raipur. The swimming competitions under the Khelo India Tribal Games 2026 organized in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, were successfully concluded. In this competition, players from all over the country performed brilliantly and many exciting matches were seen.

Karnataka became champion in men’s category (Men’s Swimming Championship)

In the men’s category, Karnataka won the overall team championship with 123 points. Whereas Assam was the first runner up with 69 points and Odisha was the second runner up with 31 points. The performance of Karnataka players was excellent throughout the tournament.

Great performance of Odisha in women’s category (Women’s Swimming Championship)

In the women’s category, Odisha showed its dominance by becoming champion with 102 points. Karnataka was the first runner up with 50 points and host Chhattisgarh was the second runner up with 38 points. Women players also performed well.

Anushka Bhagat won fourth consecutive silver medal (Chhattisgarh Swimmer Achievement)

Chhattisgarh’s swimmer Anushka Bhagat performed brilliantly in the women’s 50 meter breast stroke and won her fourth consecutive silver medal. His achievement has increased the prestige of the state and enthusiasm was seen among other players also.
