New Delhi: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) wicketkeeper-batter MS Dhoni is set to miss the first two weeks of the IPL 2026 due to a calf strain, the franchise confirmed on Saturday, March 28. CSK will open their tournament campaign against the Rajasthan Royals on March 30 at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati.
“MS Dhoni is currently undergoing rehabilitation for a calf strain. As a result, he is likely to miss the first two weeks of TATA IPL 2026. Get well soon, Thala,” CSK wrote in their statement on social media.
