Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit has rented a commercial office space in Lower Parel area of Mumbai. This deal is on a lease of about 5 years (60 months), in which the total rent comes to about Rs 2.81 crore. This transaction has been registered this month.
One Lodha Place also includes office and parking
This office is located at One Lodha Place, which is counted among the prime business locations of Lower Parel. The carpet area of the office is 731 square feet and a car parking slot is also provided with it. Under the deal, around Rs 72,600 stamp duty has been paid, while Rs 17 lakh has been deposited as security deposit.
Rent will increase every year
An increase of 5% every year has been fixed in the lease agreement. The monthly rent for the first year is Rs 4.25 lakh, which will reach Rs 4.46 lakh in the second year, Rs 4.68 lakh in the third year, Rs 4.91 lakh in the fourth year and Rs 5.16 lakh in the fifth year.
Have done big property deals before also
Earlier in 2022, Madhuri Dixit had bought a luxury sea-view apartment in Worli area. This apartment is located on the 53rd floor and offers spectacular views of the Arabian Sea and Mahalaxmi Race Course.
Lower Parel-Worli becomes premium hub
Lower Parel and Worli area has become one of the fastest growing commercial and residential hubs of Mumbai. The old mill area has been re-developed to create premium office space, luxury residential projects and mixed-use developments.
