In the Rajya Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “In this situation of crisis, the safety of Indians around the world is of utmost importance to us. So far, more than 3,75,000 Indians have returned to India safely. More than 1000 Indians have returned from Iran alone; more than 700 of them are medical students. In this hour of crisis, our government is working with full sensitivity. All countries have assured the safety of Indians there. However, it is sad that Some Indians died and some others were injured. All necessary help is being provided to the injured.
