Material
1 cup water chestnut flour, 2 boiled potatoes, 1-2 green chillies, rock salt (as per taste), black pepper, fresh coriander, water, ghee.

Method of preparation
Take water chestnut flour in a bowl and add mashed boiled potatoes to it. Now, add green chillies, salt, pepper and fresh coriander. Add some water to make a thick batter. Heat a pan and apply ghee on it. Spread the batter into cheela and cook until golden brown on both sides.

1 cup water chestnut flour, 2-3 boiled potatoes, rock salt, black pepper, ghee or oil for frying.
Method of preparation
Take water chestnut flour in a vessel and add mashed boiled potatoes to it. Now, add salt and pepper, and knead the mixture to form a soft dough. Make small balls from the dough and roll them into the shape of a puri. Heat ghee or oil in a deep pan and deep-fry the puri until it becomes crisp and golden.

water chestnut flour pudding
Material
½ cup water chestnut flour, 2-3 tbsp ghee, ½ cup sugar or jaggery, 1 cup water, cardamom powder.
Method of preparation
Heat ghee in a deep pan and add water chestnut flour to it. Fry on low flame until a nice aroma starts coming out. Now, add water and mix well so that no lumps are formed. Then, add sugar or jaggery and cook. Finally, add cardamom powder, mix well and serve the halwa hot.
