8th pay commission

Initially these rates were 27%, 18% and 9% respectively, but after Dearness Allowance (DA) became 50% in January 2024, they were increased to 30%, 20% and 10%. The 8th Pay Commission has not yet presented its final recommendations and the new pay structure will be implemented only after the approval of the government. Therefore, the employees will have to wait for the final decision. However, it is believed that if there is an increase in the basic salary, there may be a significant increase in HRA also.
