Ghaziabad: A famous astrologer, who used to predict the future of others, committed suicide by jumping from the 13th floor. This heart-wrenching incident happened in Ghaziabad. When the police reached the astrologer’s flat for investigation, they were shocked to see the scene there. The dead body of the astrologer’s mother was lying on the bed inside the flat. Investigation revealed that the mother had died 2 to 3 days ago. This double death has created a sensation in the entire area.
Suspicion deepens over mother’s death
Police had received information that a person had jumped from the 13th floor. The team reached the spot and sent the body to the hospital. After this the police went to the astrologer’s flat for investigation. When the police entered this flat on the 13th floor, the body of the astrologer’s mother Satnam Kaur was found on the bed. The surprising thing was that his death seemed to be 2-3 days old. The son’s suicide a few days after his mother’s death has become a mystery for the police.
According to the police, there were no injury marks on the mother’s body. No suicide note was found during the search of the house. Police have seized the astrologer’s mobile phone and are investigating the matter. Now the police is waiting for the postmortem report, which will clarify how the mother died. Police are also investigating from this angle whether the son committed suicide after killing his mother.
Astrologer was going through serious crisis
42 year old astrologer Rajveer Chawla was quite famous in Kavi Nagar of Ghaziabad. He lived with his mother on the 13th floor of Vinayak Tower in Mahagun Society. His wife and children had left him. It is being told that the astrologer was in depression for the last one year. He was devastated by the many deaths and divisions in the family in a single year. His ex-wife told that his income from astrology work had also reduced, due to which he was facing severe financial crunch.
Within about a year the astrologer’s life had completely fallen apart. He was divorced from his wife. In the same year his father and brother also died. After brother’s death, sister-in-law also got married for the second time. Now only the astrologer and his mother were left in the house. The financial crunch was so severe that he could not even pay maintenance allowance to his ex-wife for the last four months.
