Air India Schedules 34 West Asia Flights on March 20: Full Route List and Updates

If you’re trying to travel between India and West Asia right now, things are still a bit patchy. But there’s some movement.

Air India and Air India Express together plan to operate 34 flights on March 20, 2026, mixing regular services with special one-time flights to help clear the backlog.

As per a press release shared by Air India, it will operate a total of 34 flights to the west asian countries, which include:

  • 6 are regularly scheduled flights
  • 28 are additional (non-scheduled) flights, mostly to the UAE

These extra flights depend on approvals, airport slots, and local conditions. So expect last-minute changes.

What This Really Means

Flights are slowly coming back, but not in a fully stable way yet.

  • UAE routes are getting priority
  • Oman has limited normal service
  • Other West Asia routes are still shut

More flights may be added in the coming days, depending on approvals and demand.

If you’re planning to travel soon, stay flexible and keep checking updates.
