Dhurandhar 2 advance booking report: The countdown has begun for Dhurandhar: The Revenge, and the numbers are already telling a blockbuster story. Directed by Aditya Dhar and led by Ranveer Singh, the spy thriller is witnessing massive advance bookings just days before its March 19 release.

According to early trade estimates, the film has sold over 4.74 lakh tickets for its opening day in India, collecting around Rs 29.04 crore in advance sales. The Hindi version is leading the charge, contributing the bulk of ticket sales. Meanwhile, dubbed versions in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada are also adding to the overall momentum, despite facing competition from Ustaad Bhagat Singh starring Pawan Kalyan.

The film’s paid previews, scheduled for March 18, have already delivered impressive numbers. Over 7.83 lakh tickets have been sold, bringing in Rs 40.55 crore. Combined with Day 1 bookings, total advance sales in India have crossed 12.5 lakh tickets and are nearing Rs 70 crore.

Exhibitors are responding quickly to the demand. Multiplex chains in cities like Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad have added late-night and early-morning shows, some starting as early as 2 am. The film’s long runtime of nearly four hours has also led to strategic scheduling changes.

In a notable shift, Mumbai’s iconic Maratha Mandir has altered its traditional screening of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. The classic film’s long-running 11:30 am slot has been moved to accommodate additional shows of Dhurandhar: The Revenge. Notably, this marks a rare change in its historic run.

Dhurandhar 2 worldwide advance booking collection

Globally, the film is performing just as strongly. Overseas advance bookings have crossed Rs 60 crore for the opening weekend, with strong traction in North America, the UK and Australia. Overall, worldwide pre-sales are now estimated to be around Rs 130 crore.
