Bangladesh team is going to face New Zealand. ODI and T20 series will be played between the two teams, the schedule of which has been announced.
Bangladesh will play series between IPL 2026
Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced the complete schedule of the upcoming tour of New Zealand team. This white-ball series will be played in April-May 2026, which includes 3 One Day Internationals and 3 T20 International (T20I) matches. However, its impact on IPL will be negligible. No players from Bangladesh are taking part in IPL, so the team will enter with its full strength. At the same time, New Zealand can send its B team on tour, because many of its big players will be playing in IPL at that time.
Let us tell you, the New Zealand team will reach Dhaka on 13 April. The series will start with ODI, the first two ODIs will be played in Mirpur, Dhaka and the third will be played in Chittagong. T20 matches will also be held in both the cities. This series will start from 17th April and continue till 2nd May. Bangladesh recently won the home ODI series against Pakistan 2-1, and will now be hoping for back-to-back wins against New Zealand.

- 1st ODI: 17 April 2026, Mirpur (Dhaka)
- 2nd ODI: 20 April 2026, Mirpur (Dhaka)
- 3rd ODI: 23 April 2026, Chittagong
T20 series schedule:
- 1st T20: 27 April 2026, Chittagong
- 2nd T20: 29 April 2026, Chittagong
- 3rd T20: 2 May 2026, Mirpur (Dhaka)
Apart from this, Bangladesh women’s team will also host Sri Lankan women’s team during the same period. There will also be 3 ODI and 3 T20I matches in the women’s series. The matches of the ODI series will be held in Rajshahi on 20, 22 and 25 April. After this, T20 series matches will be played in Sylhet on 28, 30 April and 2 May.
