In Lucknow, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave a big gift to 90,000 beneficiaries under the PM Awas Yojana – Urban 2.0. CM Yogi transferred the first installment of ₹ 900 crore to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). The government says that the objective of this scheme is to provide permanent houses to the urban poor, so that every family can get a safe house. During the program, the Chief Minister said that the state government will help the poor and It is continuously working to provide houses to the needy and this scheme will fulfill the dreams of thousands of families.
