Jennifer Lopez Delivered Five Custom Dolce & Gabbana Looks For Alta Moda Finale

Performing hits including Waiting for TonightLove Don’t Cost a ThingI’m Into You and Let’s Get Loud, she also surprised guests with an Italian rendition of Il cielo in una stanza as a tribute to Domenico Dolce, Stefano Gabbana and Italy’s musical heritage.

Opening Look

Jennifer opened the show in a sunshine-yellow silk chiffon Dolce & Gabbana gown featuring a jewel-encrusted floral bodice and coordinating embellished cape before revealing a crystal-embroidered lace bodysuit beneath.

It was classic JLo: a crystal-embellished bodysuit, fishnet tights and a bedazzled microphone.

This was exactly the kind of dramatic opening you would expect from both Jennifer Lopez and Dolce & Gabbana.

Second Look

For the second act, Jennifer switched into a custom oxblood Chantilly lace design with a detachable overskirt, which transformed into a lace mini dress complete with stockings and garters.

It leaned heavily into Dolce & Gabbana’s signature Sicilian sensuality.

Third Look

The mood shifted once again as Jennifer wore a flowing orange silk chiffon Dolce & Gabbana gown paired with an elaborately embroidered cape and Alta Gioielleria jewellery.

This was my favourite look of the evening. The colour was striking, and after two lingerie-inspired costumes, the fluid silhouette offered a welcome change while still delivering plenty of drama.

Finale

Jennifer closed the performance in a black lace bodysuit styled with a gold harness, lace veil and Alta Gioielleria jewellery, embracing the house’s unmistakable Baroque aesthetic for one final show stopping moment.

It wasn’t subtle, but subtlety has never been the goal of Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda, or Jennifer for that matter. In many ways, this was the most instantly recognisable Dolce & Gabbana look of the night, bringing together the black lace, ornate gold embellishment and Sicilian glamour that have become signatures of the house. Jennifer was exactly the performer to bring it to life.

Closing

She later changed into a lace boudoir-inspired Dolce & Gabbana gown and robe, styled with Alta Gioielleria jewels, to close the evening.
