Meteorological Department alert in 25 states
The weather in the country is going to take a sudden turn. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert of thunderstorm, rain and hail in 25 states for the next 24 hours. Orange alert has been issued especially in UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal and Uttarakhand, where strong winds can blow at a speed of 40 to 50 km per hour.
