As predicted, his comment went viral, and it quickly became one of the night’s most discussed moments. </p><p>The awards presentation took place on March 16 at the renowned Dolby Theatre. Javier Bardem was clear about the message he needed to convey in his address. "No to war, and free Palestine," he added before continuing with the lecture. </p><p>His statements earned him great applause and support from the audience. Priyanka stood by Javier as he spoke, paying close attention to his words. </p><img><p>As Javier emphasised the need for peace amid continued war, Priyanka nodded slightly. Priyanka worked as a National Ambassador for UNICEF India for a decade before joining the global Goodwill Ambassador team in December 2016.</p><img><p>Javier Bardem’s statement did not shock or amaze anyone. He walked the Oscars red carpet with a "No to War" pin on his tuxedo. A patch on it stated "No a la guerra". It signifies "No to War." Many saw the gesture as a display of solidarity with Palestinians and a genuine call to cease the bloodshed.</p>
