Difficult times continue for the Pakistan cricket team and its players. After failing again in the T20 World Cup 2026, the team is on Bangladesh tour, where it faced a shameful defeat in the first ODI match. In the second match, the team came back and won and leveled the series, but this victory also got a stain and the reason behind it was star batsman Salman Agha. Pakistan T20 team captain Agha played a strong innings in the second ODI but he did such an act due to which ICC had to take action and he was punished.
This ODI match was played between Pakistan and the host team on 13 March in Mirpur, Bangladesh. Pakistan batted first in this match, where Maaz Sadaqat played an explosive inning of 75 runs for them. There itself Salman Agha Also scored 64 runs. But when he was moving towards a big score, he was run out by Bangladesh captain Mehdi Hasan Miraz. Salman Aga was out of the crease and was still trying to pick up the ball and give it to Mehdi but the Bangladeshi captain himself picked up the ball and ran him out.
There was a huge uproar over this run out and Salman could not control his anger. He first argued and then threw his helmet and gloves there in anger. Then while returning to the pavilion, he repeated the same action and again threw the helmet and gloves across the boundary. It was on this action of his that the ICC match referee expressed his displeasure and took action against him.
