Classic Masala Chicken Curry
First of all, wash 500 grams chicken thoroughly and keep it aside. Now, place the pressure cooker on the induction stove and add 2 tbsp oil. When the oil is hot, add a finely chopped onion and fry until it turns golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. After frying the spices well, add the chicken and cook for 2–3 minutes while stirring.
