Moradabad Bride Ran Away Case: In Moradabad, a newly married woman dodged her husband in a filmy style at Bilari bus stand by sending him to get pakodas and ran away. On the complaint of the husband, the police have registered a missing person and started investigation and the search is going on at possible locations.
A surprising case has come to light from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. Here a newly married woman cheated her husband in a filmy style and got off the bus and ran away.
The victim’s husband says that he was bringing his wife back home after sending her away from her maternal home after Holi. On the way, the wife expressed her desire to eat pakodas and sent her to the canteen. When the husband returned with the pakodas, his wife was missing from the bus and her mobile phone was also switched off. After this incident, the upset husband complained to the police. The police have now started investigating the entire matter.
The whole incident happened while returning from Rampur.
According to the victim’s husband Pitam Singh, this incident happened on March 9. He was returning back to Moradabad after seeing off his wife Rimjhim from her maternal home in Rampur. The wife had celebrated the festival of Holi at her maternal home. After this both were coming to Moradabad by roadways bus. Everything was normal during the journey, but as soon as we reached Bilari bus stand, the story suddenly changed.

Sent to bring dumplings, when he returned his wife was missing.
Pitam Singh told the police that as soon as the bus stopped at Bilari stand, his wife Rimjhim expressed her desire to eat pakodas. Following his wife’s request, Pitam Singh got down from the bus and went towards the canteen. He came back within a few minutes with pakodas, but by then his wife was missing from the seat. Not only this, when he called his wife, his mobile was also switched off.
Initially Pitam Singh wondered whether something untoward had happened to his wife. He searched the bus stand and surrounding areas for a long time. But some people told him that his wife was talking to someone on the phone while getting off the bus. After this Pitam Singh suspected that perhaps she had gone somewhere deliberately.
Complaint given to police, youth accused
Even after searching for a long time, when no trace of his wife was found, Pitam Singh lodged a complaint at Bilari police station. In his complaint, he has made serious allegations against a youth named Imran, resident of village Sagarpur. Pitam Singh says that his wife Rimjhim already had a love affair with the young man and he had wooed her away. According to the victim’s husband, he was married to his 18-year-old wife Rimjhim on December 1, 2025.
Considering the seriousness of the matter, Bilari police station has registered a missing report. The police have handed over the investigation of this case to Sub-Inspector Vineet Kumar. The police team is raiding possible locations to search for the woman. Besides, the footage of CCTV cameras installed around the bus stand is also being scrutinised.
Trying to find clues from call details
Police are now also investigating the call details record (CDR) of Rimjhim’s mobile phone. Through this, efforts are being made to find out with whom she was last talking and where is her location. Family members say that they had no idea of such intentions of their daughter-in-law. The entire family is shocked by this sudden incident.
Police officials say that at present the entire matter is being investigated. The woman is being searched on the basis of CCTV footage and mobile records. Only after the investigation is completed, it will be clear whether the newly married woman has gone with her lover or there is some other reason behind this matter.
