Hormonal injection controversy
At that time there were rumors that Hansika’s mother had given hormonal injections to make her look bigger quickly. However, Hansika had termed these reports as wrong. Hansika, popularly known as ‘Apple Beauty’, got continuous opportunities, but except a few commercial hits like ‘Desamuduru’, ‘Masaka’ and ‘Kandiriga’, most of the films in her career were flops.
