Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reviewed the proposed arrival of President Draupadi Murmu in Ayodhya and preparations for Ram Navami. He inspected the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple complex and gave necessary instructions to the officials regarding security, cleanliness and facilities for the devotees. Also asked to arrange crowd management and golf cart service.
Ayodhya. CM Yogi Adityanath on Thursday reviewed the proposed arrival of President Droupadi Murmu in Ayodhya and the preparations being made on the occasion of upcoming Ram Navami. During this, the Chief Minister also inspected the arrangements in the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple complex.
After the inspection, the Chief Minister held a review meeting with officials of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, public representatives and police and administration officials in the conference room located at PFC. In the meeting, he took information about the progress of preparations and gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials.
The Chief Minister said that in view of the proposed visit of President Draupadi Murmu, all preparations should be completed within the time limit, so that the program can be conducted smoothly.
Instructions for security, facilities and cleanliness arrangements regarding the arrival of President Draupadi Murmu
During the review meeting, the officials gave detailed information to the Chief Minister about the preparations for the possible program of the President. This includes arrangements for welcome at the airport, organization of cultural programs on the travel route and necessary arrangements for special guests.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed that the security arrangements should be kept completely strong. Along with this, special care should be taken of cleanliness and visitor facilities in the city. He also said that proper arrangements should be ensured for the revered saints and other distinguished guests, so that there is no inconvenience in their stay and programs.
Instructions for better coordination between administration and Ram Janmabhoomi Trust
The Chief Minister directed the officials that the administration and officials of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust should complete all the preparations within the stipulated time with mutual coordination. He instructed the police officers to keep strict vigil at all public places. Also asked to keep the intelligence system active and keep the anti-drone control room in alert mode, so that any possible security threat can be dealt with.
Emphasis on facilities and crowd management of devotees on Ram Navami
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also reviewed the facilities for the devotees visiting Ayodhya Dham on the occasion of upcoming Ram Navami. He directed the officials to ensure all necessary arrangements for the devotees in advance.
He said that the footpaths should be kept empty so that there is no hindrance in the movement of devotees. Effective arrangements should be made for crowd control and the darshan-puja program should also be telecast through screens, so that more and more people can easily have darshan.
The Chief Minister said that Ram Navami is a major festival and a large number of devotees visit Ayodhya Dham on this occasion. In such a situation, the convenience and safety of the devotees should be the top priority. He directed the security agencies to keep a special vigil on suspicious and anti-national activities and no person should be allowed to enter the temple premises without checking.
Arrangement of golf cart service from Lata Mangeshkar Chowk to Hanumangarhi
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed to operate golf carts from Lata Mangeshkar Chowk to Hanuman Garhi Temple for the convenience of devotees on the occasion of Ram Navami. With this, the devotees will not have to walk much and it will be convenient for them to reach the temple.
Along with this, the Chief Minister also stressed on keeping VIP movement to a minimum, so that common devotees do not face any inconvenience. He gave instructions to ensure parking arrangements in advance and said that parking of vehicles should not be allowed on the roadside. Along with this, instructions were also given to make adequate arrangements for drinking water at various places in the spirit of service.

During the review meeting, the Chief Minister also took information about the progress of the construction work of Parikrama Marg and Temple Museum. On this occasion, public representatives and Trust officials also presented their suggestions before the Chief Minister.
Agriculture Minister and district in-charge minister Surya Pratap Shahi, District Panchayat President Roli Singh, Mayor Mahant Girishpati Tripathi, MLA Ved Prakash Gupta, Ramchandra Yadav, Dr. Amit Singh Chauhan, Abhay Singh, Chandrabhanu Paswan, Trust General Secretary Champat Rai, Trustee Anil Mishra and many senior administrative officials were present in the meeting.
