The board has started a 24×7 post-result support system, the purpose of which is not only to solve result related queries but also to provide mental stress and counseling support to the students. The special thing is that this initiative has been brought at a time when controversy and resentment of students regarding OSM system has also come to the fore.

This new support system of CBSE has been prepared keeping in mind all the problems that arise after the result. In this, students will get three main types of assistance-
- Counseling related to mental stress and anxiety
- Solution of questions related to examination and evaluation
- Information about revaluation and verification process
- The board says that after the results, confusion and anxiety increases among many students, in such a situation this helpline will work to provide them the right guidance.

Review done in high level meeting of CBSE
Recently an important review meeting was held in the Education Ministry, which was chaired by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. This meeting was held at CBSE Headquarters, Dwarka (New Delhi). The meeting was attended by the Secretary of DoSEL, CBSE Chairperson, Directors of IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur, senior officials of the Ministry of Education, KVS and CBSE. Mainly these points were discussed in the meeting-

- Making the digital portal more user-friendly.

CBSE 12th revaluation and verification process from today
CBSE is starting the application process for verification and revaluation from today i.e. 29th May 2026. In which students will get a chance to apply after seeing the scanned copy. The portal will remain open for at least 2 days. Every process will be completely digital and trackable.
