Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inspected Maa Pateshwari University in Balrampur and directed the construction agency to complete the work by May 2026. He laid special emphasis on quality and timelines and also visited the Government Medical College.
Balrampur. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted on-site inspection of Maa Pateshwari University in Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday. During the inspection, the Chief Minister took stock of the progress of the construction work and gave strict instructions to the construction agency that the construction of the university should be completed by May 2026 under any circumstances. He clearly said that any kind of delay in work will not be accepted. The Chief Minister also took detailed information about the progress of the construction work from the Vice Chancellor of the University. Apart from this, he also inspected the Government Medical College, Balrampur located in the city and gave necessary instructions to the officials.
Plantation and presentation in the university campus
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath first started the program by planting a Maulishree sapling in the university campus. After this, he saw the model presentation prepared regarding the proposed structure and construction work of the university. The Chief Minister addressed the Vice Chancellor Prof. Told Ravi Shankar Singh that arrangements for regular monitoring should also be ensured to ensure that the construction work is completed within the stipulated time.
Instructions to complete construction by May 2026
During the inspection, the Chief Minister gave clear instructions to the construction agency that the work should be completed by May 2026 under any circumstances. He said that there should be no compromise on quality in construction work. The Chief Minister warned the officials that if negligence is found at any level, it will not be tolerated at all.
Also inspected academic building and lab
During the inspection, the Chief Minister visited the entire campus of the university campus including the academic building, theater class and laboratory. During this time, many public representatives and administrative officers were present, including MLA Palturam, MLC Saket Mishra, District Panchayat President Aarti Tiwari, BJP District President Ravi Mishra, District Magistrate Vipin Jain, Registrar Parmanand Singh, Examination Controller Dinesh Kumar Maurya and other officers and employees.
