Material- For this you will need one cup of mixed moong and gram, one small onion, one finely chopped tomato, one green chilli, one small cucumber (finely chopped), juice of half a lemon, one teaspoon chaat masala and salt.

Make sprouts salad like this- First of all, take moong dal sprouts and boil them lightly. Don’t forget to add some turmeric while boiling it. When it cools down, mix everything. You can also include other vegetables in it. Where many elements including protein will be available from moong and gram. Sprouts, Chickpeas and Vegetables
Material- For this you will need salt, lemon, boiled chickpeas (half cup), cucumber, tomato, boiled potato (one), red and green chillies, onion (finely chopped), roasted cumin (one-fourth teaspoon), tamarind chutney and chaat masala.
Make chickpea and sprouts salad like this- First boil the sprouts in turmeric water in a vessel. Take it in a vessel and add potatoes cut into pieces into it. Mix all the spices in it. Now mix onion, tomato and remaining vegetables. Your healthy salad with chickpeas and moong dal sprouts is ready.

Black Gram Sprouts Salad
Material- Black gram sprouts, cucumber, tomato, onion, potato, coriander, black pepper, red chilli, lemon, cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala and green chilli.
