Ingredients for Protein Rich Kebabs

1 cup boiled gram (kabuli chana)
½ cup finely chopped spinach
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tbsp gram flour
1 tablespoon cold-pressed oil
salt as per taste

How to make kebab

First of all, take a bowl and lightly mash the boiled gram in it. Keep in mind that gram should remain coarse. After mixing them well, add chopped spinach, onion, ginger, green coriander, cumin powder, gram flour and salt. Mix everything well, until it forms a dough like mixture. Then make small flat kebabs from it. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Place the kebabs in the pan and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on both sides, until they become light golden and slightly firm. Remove the prepared kebab and serve hot with mint curd dip.
