UAE has warned of giving a befitting reply to Iran’s attacks. Defense Ministry released video of destruction of drone and missile. Of the 1,400+ attacks, 4 were killed and 112 were injured, while most of the attacks were successfully foiled.

Abu Dhabi: UAE has once again made it clear that it will give a befitting reply to any attack on its sovereignty. The UAE Defense Ministry has released a new video in response to the unprovoked attacks by Iran. It shows how the UAE army is destroying enemy drones and missiles in the air. The ministry clearly said that there will be no compromise on the security of the country and the armed forces are fully prepared to deal with any threat.

Shocking statistics of attacks

The UAE has been targeted more than 1,400 times since Iran’s attacks began. A total of 238 missiles were fired, of which 221 were intercepted by UAE defense systems. 15 missiles fell into the sea, while only 2 fell on the country’s land. Iran sent 1,422 drones, of which 1,342 were successfully intercepted by the UAE. 80 drones fell in different parts of the country.

All the 8 cruise missiles launched were destroyed in the air by the Defense Force. The UAE Foreign Ministry has said that these attacks targeting civilians and targets are a flagrant violation of international laws and the United Nations Charter. So far four people have died in these attacks. The dead included two Pakistanis, one Nepali and one Bangladeshi national.

112 people have been injured in the attacks. Apart from Indians, these include citizens of many countries like Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, Philippines, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Some UAE citizens are also among the injured. In the new video of the Defense Ministry, UAE soldiers are seen targeting enemy drones and missiles. They are heard shouting ‘Target Destroyed’ as the target is destroyed. The ministry further said that the country is currently in a ‘state of defence’ and the UAE has the full right to defend its land and people.
