According to the video, the elderly woman is Suresh Sharma’s mother. The attitude of his son and daughter-in-law forced him to go to his daughter. The pain and loneliness of the woman can be clearly seen in the video. Their crying and frustration shows that elderly parents have to feel unsafe in the society today. Despite being a teacher, the son did not fulfill the responsibility of protecting and respecting his mother.
