According to the Panchang, the second Pradosh Vrat in March 2026 is on Monday, March 16. Trayodashi Tithi of Krishna Paksha of Chaitra month will start on 16th at 9.41 am. This date will end on March 17 at 09:24 am. In such a situation, the fast will be observed on March 16 only. Since Trayodashi Tithi will fall on Monday. Therefore it will be called Som Pradosh Vrat.
Pradosh Vrat Pooja Muhurta (March Second Pradosh Vrat Puja Muhurat)
On March 16, the auspicious time of Som Pradosh Vrat Puja will start at 06:37 pm. This auspicious time will last till 08:44 pm. At this time worship Mahadev and chant mantras.
Pradosh Vrat Puja Vidhi
On the day of Pradosh fast, wake up early in the morning and take bath. Then take a pledge to fast. After this, clean the temple of the house and keep the idol or picture of Lord Shiva and Parvati.
