Manjistha shows amazing effect
The benefits of Manjistha for the skin have also been mentioned in the International Journal of Ayurveda and Pharma Research. It works to prevent itching, stretch marks, fungal infections on the skin and also gives a youthful glow to the skin by promoting collagen. It is also helpful in reducing pigmentation. Make its powder and make a paste by mixing rose water, honey and aloe vera. Apply it on the face and keep it for 20 minutes. Then wash the face with water. You can also apply it by mixing it with curd.
kumkumadi oil
Kumkumadi oil is no less than a boon for the skin. It is prepared by mixing many Ayurvedic herbs like Manjishtha, sandalwood, liquorice, khus, saffron. Apply this oil on your face before sleeping at night. It reduces problems like pigmentation, pimples, blemishes etc. Also makes the skin soft and shiny.

Use basil for skin

Shatdhaut Ghrit will make the skin soft
If the skin is very dry or there are problems like rashes, burning sensation, itching, then you should definitely apply Shatdhaut Dhrit. Shatdhaut ghee prepared from desi ghee is the best remedy prepared for the skin in Ayurveda. In this, desi ghee is prepared by putting it in a big plate and rubbing it with a little water 100 times with a flat copper vessel. You can also add some saffron to it. It is a natural moisturizer for sunburn which deeply nourishes the skin.
