Chief Minister Mohan Yadav gave information about Nayikhedi-Nagda-Ratlam road project while giving a big gift to Badnagar area of ​​Ujjain district. This road, to be built at a cost of about Rs 150 crore, will reduce the distance to Ratlam by 40 km. Badnagar will also be included in Indore-Ujjain Metropolitan Area.

Citizens from Badnagar assembly constituency of Ujjain district met Chief Minister Mohan Yadav today at his residence Samatva Bhawan. During this, the people of the area expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for approving the Nayikhedi-Nagda-Ratlam route. People said that this road project will give a new impetus to the development of the area and transportation will become easier than before.

Badnagar will become part of Indore-Ujjain metropolitan area

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is continuously achieving new heights at the global level. He said that Madhya Pradesh has an important role in the development of the country and the state government is continuously working for the development of every region and every section of the state. He said that Badnagar will also move forward rapidly in terms of development. Now Badnagar will be made a part of Indore-Ujjain Metropolitan Area, which will open new possibilities for urban development here.

The Chief Minister said that Badnagar is blessed by the Chambal, Shipra and Gambhir rivers including Mahakaleshwar Temple. He told that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has performed the Bhoomi Pujan of the country’s first PM Mitra Park in Dhar. Badnagar and surrounding areas will also benefit from this big industrial park in the textile sector. The Chief Minister also announced to provide a share of the amount through voluntary donations for the purpose of helping the cowsheds operating in Badnagar area in purchasing machines for weaning management.

Big benefit to the area from Nayikhedi-Nagda-Ratlam road project

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that by the grace of Baba Mahakal, now Ujjain and Badnagar are connected to Ratlam through three major routes. He said that the third new two-lane route will pass through Gambhir Dam via Nagda. The Nayikhedi-Nagda-Ratlam road, to be built at a cost of about Rs 150 crore, will prove to be a big gift for the people of the area. With the construction of this road, the distance to Ratlam will be reduced by about 40 kilometers, which will increase convenience in trade, transportation and travel.

Simhastha 2028 and regional connectivity will get big benefits

The Chief Minister said that the benefits of the new road will also be available in the upcoming Simhastha 2028 event. Better transport facilities will be available to the devotees coming in large numbers.

He also informed that a new airport is being built in Ujjain, which will also benefit Badnagar and surrounding areas. In the coming years, Badnagar’s connectivity with Ratlam as well as with Rajasthan and Gujarat will become stronger and easier.

The Chief Minister said that roads are the basis of development. The construction of these new roads will open new doors for development of the entire area including Badnagar and will also boost economic activities.
